Property Manager Feijoo is our apartment located near the river, in the central area of Malaga and at the same time on a quiet street.
Just across the river (just 50m away) you will find the Picasso Museum, 1km away. Plaza de la Merced, the port of Malaga (and Muelle Uno, an area with bars, restaurants, and shops) is about 1.5km away.Just 600m away, you will find one of the city’s most famous markets: the Atarazanas Market, where you can eat and buy local products.
If you want to enjoy a day at the beach and its beach bars, we recommend taking the Paseo de Parque with its different species of plants and trees, and in about 25 minutes, you will be at Playa de la Malagueta.If you have time and want to visit other places like Torremolinos, Fuengirola,Benalmádena, etc., the Málaga Centro Alameda train station is just 400m from the apartment. This is the same train that also takes you to and from the airport.
Shopping day? Go to Calle Larios and its surroundings: 800m away. A beautiful night view of the Malaga Cathedral is from the rooftop bar Chinitas, a small side street of Plaza de la Constitución (700m).
The apartment offers 1 bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room for 2 people. The bathroom has a shower and the kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, etc. It has air conditioning and free WiFi. It is very quiet and the views are to an interior patio. It offers a Smart TV, so if you have your Netflix, Amazon, etc. account, you can take advantage of it.
Pets are allowed. 30 euros per reservation. Ask us about our nice Pet Kit.Rules: Pets cannot use beds, sofas, etc. Please do not leave your pet alone in the apartment and try to avoid noise.

The crib has an additional cost of 5.00 € / day.Baby Kit (crib, high chair, baby bath) has an additional charge of 10.00 € / day.
You also have the possibility to request in-person check-in at the apartment with an extra cost of 50 €.
