The layout:
- Bedroom 1: Primary Suite-King Bed. Cariloha mattress with adjustable frame. Ensuite bath with garden tub and separate ceramic tile shower with glass door, double sink, water closet and bidet.
- Bedroom 2: King Bed Cariloha mattress with adjustable frame, ensuite bathroom.
- Bedroom 3: 2 Single beds, ensuite bathroom.
Walking on Sunshine is a true GEM; a beautifully designed vacation retreat in Flagler Beach, Florida. This beachfront condo offers sweeping ocean views and effortless access to the sandy shoreline just across the street, where coquina shell sands meet the surf.
Inside, the condo comfortably accommodates up to six guests, featuring three well-appointed bedrooms: a king suite with ensuite bath, a second king with ensuite bathroom, and a third bedroom with two single beds— each room with its own private bathroom. The spacious interior boasts air conditioning, a washer and dryer, and a welcoming layout perfect for relaxation.
Guests can enjoy watching the sunrise from the covered porch or wind down in the community’s heated pool and hot tub. Directly across the street, a private walkway provides easy access to an uncrowded coquina sand beach. Six beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, boogie boards and small cooler are provided for your use. There is an outside area at the main entrance of the complex to hose off sand before entering the condo, for your convenience. Seasonal wildlife sightings—including migrating whales and nesting sea turtles—add a touch of wonder to every visit, while holiday lights and oceanfront fireworks bring coastal charm year-round.
Nestled between the laid-back charm of Flagler Beach and the historic allure of St. Augustine, Beverly Beach is a quiet coastal enclave that offers a peaceful slice of Old Florida. This small beachfront town stretches along scenic State Road A1A, with the Atlantic Ocean to the east and the Intracoastal Waterway to the west, creating a narrow barrier island rich in natural beauty.
The area is known for its uncrowded beaches, coquina shell sands, and a relaxed, residential vibe. It’s a favorite among RV travelers thanks to its oceanfront campground, and a haven for outdoor enthusiasts who enjoy kayaking, cycling, fishing, and boating year-round. Things to Note:
-Parking: One underground parking space is reserved for Unit 109. There is additional outdoor parking.
-Bookings are only accepted from guests age 25 or older. The booking guest must arrive at check-in and stay for the duration of the reservation.
-No smoking or vaping is allowed anywhere on the property. Discovery of smoke residue will result in a $500 fee.
-Initial essentials are provided as a convenience, and guests are encouraged to shop for personal preferences.
-All arrival instructions and property details are shared via a digital Welcome Guide before check-in.
-Please note this is a pet-free home.
-There is ongoing beach restoration. Adjacent to the south end of Oceanside is a temporary staging area. It is fenced off for safety.
-Guests are required to fill out Rental Information for the COA. Reservations will send this form to the guest prior to arrival date.
-Demolition of the historic Flagler Pier begins June 16, 2025, with scheduled completion by December 2026. Traffic may be congested in the center of Flagler Beach, but the condo is two miles north of the affected area.
