- Parking: There is a $40 parking fee (listed as ’resort fee’ at checkout) per reservation. This is required to receive your parking pass upon arrival.
-Reservations must be made by a guest aged 25 or older who will stay on property throughout the booking.
-Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed within the unit or surrounding areas and will result in a $500 penalty.
