Whether you’re here for slow mornings, sunset cocktails, or active days on the water, Rather Be Gulfing delivers a relaxed, upscale Gulf Coast experience in one of Florida’s most peaceful bayfront settings.
- Parking: there is parking available for 4 vehicles which INCLUDES boats. Per HOA regulations, boats must be parked under the house and there is no street parking allowed.
- Exterior backyard and front yard cameras present for security purposes.
-A minimum age of 25 is required to book. The registered guest must be on-site for the entire stay and is accountable for all occupants.
-Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the unit and in all nearby areas, including patios and balconies. Any evidence will result in a $500 cleaning fee.
-A starter supply of essentials is provided for the first 24 hours, including paper goods and basic cleaning items. Additional supplies should be purchased as needed.
-Guests are sent an electronic Welcome Guide prior to check-in with entry codes, house details, and area highlights.
-Please note this is a pet-free home.
-Guests should supply their own beach towels, as they are not included
