-Parking Deck: Due to HOA restrictions, only one vehicle may park in the deck. During the following dates: May 21 through May 25 /June 13 through July 2 /September 3 through September 7/October- Sunday of Schooner’s Lobsterfest
-Bookings are only accepted from guests age 25 or older. The booking guest must arrive at check-in and stay for the duration of the reservation.
-For the comfort of all guests, smoking and vaping are not permitted indoors or on balconies. A $500 fee applies if violated.
-Basic starter items are included for your arrival, but these are not replenished during your stay.
-Guests are sent an electronic Welcome Guide prior to check-in with entry codes, house details, and area highlights.
-Please note this is a pet-free home.
