Powered by solar energy with a backup generator, the cabin offers all the comforts of home while allowing you to fully immerse yourself in nature. Watch for moose and deer in the meadow below, unwind on the deck, or explore nearby ATV trails, mountain creeks, and historic mining sites—all just minutes away.

• NOTE: 4WD/AWD is required YEAR-ROUND! ATV/trailer parking is available for a twelve-foot (12ft) trailer or smaller. The driveway is steep gravel.
• Home is powered by solar energy with a backup generator
• Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.
• Pet-friendly (max 2 dogs, $40/day, max $250 per stay)
• All stays over 30 days require a mid-stay clean. Longer stays will require cleans every 30 days (additional guest expense)
• Book at least a week, and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Year’s).

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, you will need to pay in full at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount. In contrast, cancellations made more than thirty (30) days before your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
