Please note there is no space on the property to park boat trailers or other trailers, and there is no access from the home to launch a boat. Please also note the last 0.5 miles to the house are on a dirt road that is very narrow and rutted in some places. Most cars can make it but after substantial rain, the mud may cause some access issues. We recommend having a higher clearance, front or all wheel drive vehicle.
