Plenty of room awaits as this stunning waterfront home consists of six private bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. Additionally, the home also features two half bathrooms. The spacious living room hosts a large comfy couch, 75-inch TV, and four armchairs with a spectacular view of the river. The fully equipped kitchen consists of a side-by-side refrigerator, built-in cooktop, oven, and microwave for your cooking convenience. You may also utilize the outdoor grill for cooking. Edgewater Retreat is the perfect location for entertaining a large group while soaking in the breathtaking views of the Guadalupe River. This luxury villa is also an ideal space for corporate retreats, meetings, and events! Inquire today! ✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1250 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $79.00 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional. This home is not pet-friendly, and pets are not allowed. If a pet is found in the home, Stay Texas will charge a minimum additional cleaning fee of $500.
