Located in the charming town of Stonewall, just 15 min from Fredericksburg, it sits in the HEART of Texas Wine Country, close to Becker Vineyards, Pedernales Cellars, and Grape Creek Vineyards!
Situated on over 2.5 acres, this spacious home is just off the 290 Wine Trail. The home was completely remodeled in 2021 and offers a large kitchen with marble countertops, 2 dining areas, 3 traditional bedrooms, and a trundle daybed in the Gameroom with doors for full privacy as a bedroom. The farmhouse theme inside matches the cows that may wander up to the back fence or the neighboring chickens. Being in Stonewall, this home is also close to LBJ State Park, Blanco River, and Fredericksburg! This area is known for star-gazing skies!
At the end of the day when the air cools a bit, saunter out to the backyard with your friends or loved ones and enjoy the inviting fire pit with your favorite glass of jammy wine, or fire up the BBQ grill and prepare a deliciously memorable meal!
