A non-refundable $200 pet fee (up to 2 dogs, 80 lbs combined) is required and must be paid before check-in—access details will be sent once completed. Maximum of 2 dogs. Unregistered pets will incur a $200 pet fee plus a $500 remediation fee. Dogs must be up to date on vaccines and flea/tick prevention. No dogs on furniture or beds (additional cleaning fees may apply). Please bring a crate if needed; there is not one at the property. Strictly no cats allowed. Linens are included with your reservation and your beds will be made prior to your arrival. Also a Welcome Bag will be waiting for you upon your arrival with starter supplies which includes 2 trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher powder, washing machine powder, dish sponge, small shampoo and conditioner with bar of soap, make up remover, and 2 bottles of water. **Must be 21 years or older to operate the golf cart. Prior to receiving the keys, 2 people must provide their license and signature after reading the rules & laws for OKI. We will also do a video walk through of the golf cart to ensure you understand how to properly operate the vehicle. This is required to get the keys. You are responsible for any damage that may occur to the golf cart during your booking** **Security Camera Disclosure: This home is equipped with (2) EXTERNAL ONLY Security Cameras. They may be used in the event of an accident or emergency.
