There are very few properties for rent in the Durango area on water, its even more rare to have a over 350 feet of private river access on 9 acres.
Our 4 Bedroom, 4 bathroom (and 2 1/2 bathrooms) 4,800 square foot cabin offers the quintessential Colorado experience offering privacy and seclusion (and did we mention river front), yet is only a 20 minutes from Historic Downtown Durango. The original cabin was built in 1933 and has been updated and expanded over the years and as such, it has an alluring historical charm.

In the mountains (7,500 ft elevation) and on the Florida river, the cabin is a perfect base camp while enjoying all that the Durango area has to offer, but you might find it hard to leave.
The expansive and amazing outdoor space includes a private hot tub, BBQ grill, fire pit, tons of seating, outdoor dining table, a seasonally (fall/summer) stocked pond (catch and release only) and a bridge to the small island that is part of the property - all of which is along the river. The home is perfect for groups as well as multiple families with tons of square footage, mutliple living spaces and a full bathroom for each bedroom.
The expected amenities such as a fully stocked kitchen, fast WIFI (Starlink), washer/dyer are also included.
This cabin is pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay).
Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities.
