Homey and inviting, this remodeled 1-bedroom home will impress you with its functionality and emplacement. Located less than a mile to Old Town Pasadena, the Rose Bowl, many local boutiques and restaurants, and also near some beautiful hiking trails, you will find plenty of activities practically at your doorstep! The freeway, easily accessible, will get you to Downtown Los Angeles in only fifteen minutes.
The bright and airy living area is furnished with a plush sofa/futon, sofa chair, ceiling fan, bookshelf filled with titles, and a Smart TV. It also features a dining table that seats up to four people.
The kitchen is completely equipped with a full stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, and a practical butcher block countertop. All kitchenware is provided, making cooking at home a delightful experience.
The bedroom features all the essentials for a restful night of sleep; a queen-size bed with luxurious linens and pillows, a ceiling fan, and A/C. With its large window, the room has abundant natural light creating a bright and lovely ambiance.
The modern bathroom, accessible by the bedroom, has a tub/shower combination.
This property also has a private and fenced outdoor area, outfitted with chairs, a coffee table, and a BBQ grill. An enjoyable space to gather and relax with refreshing beverages mid-day, or to grill a delicious meal at night!

There is a traditional drip-style coffee pot and toaster. Additionally, all your cutlery and tableware are stocked. Basic spices (sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil) are also provided for your cooking needs.
PARKING: Free assigned driveway and paid overnight street parking. There is no garage access.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4 PM and check-out is any time before 11 AM. Early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking.
