It is designed to accommodate 8 people, and if you would like to bring your pet on vacation, feel free - the villa is pet friendly. The villa has an area of 170 m² and consists of a ground floor and an upper floor. On the ground floor there is a pleasant and bright space for relaxing and dining. In one room there is a living room with sofas, TV and fireplace, while in the next room there is a fully equipped kitchen with dining room. Both rooms have access to the outdoor terrace. The house is air-conditioned and furnished with modern furniture in a rustic style. On the first floor of the villa there are 3 bedrooms. All of them have double beds and one of them has a gallery with an additional bed for 1 person. There are also 2 bathrooms on the 1st floor, one of which is part of the bedroom. The bathrooms are modern and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a hairdryer and toiletries. An oasis of relaxation awaits you in the courtyard of Villa Peran. Swimming pool with deck chairs, summer kitchen with barbecue and outdoor dining area and even 2 lounge areas.
