The luxurious villa Dea is situated in the middle of the greenery of the village of Flengi, not far from the town of Poreč. The modern interior with a surface of 180 m² has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with under-floor heating and can accommodate up to 10 people. A unique garden with a swimming pool and sunbathing area, a hydro-massage pool and a fully equipped summer kitchen with a view of nature will delight lovers of modern design. A private tennis court, an outdoor gym and an entertainment room will round off the luxury holiday experience in this first-class villa.
The open plan ground floor combines a living room, kitchen and dining room. Immediately striking and complementing the modern industrial décor are the bold colours of the decorative details. The whole space is flooded with light. Both the living room and the kitchen area have glass walls that lead out to the balconies. The pull-out sofa in the living room is ideal for socialising with board games or a film you can watch on the smart TV, and a modern fireplace adds an extra touch of comfort. The elegant kitchen is fully equipped and will enchant you with the combination of wooden and gleaming elements. A large dining table in an industrial style separates the kitchen from the living room.
On both floors there are a total of 4 bedrooms. All the rooms are equipped with double beds and 3 of them have their own exit to the balcony, so that you can wake up with a view of the enchanting nature. The large glass windows make all the rooms very airy, so you will find it easy to relax here. As in the rest of the villa, you have the option of air conditioning and underfloor heating to ensure maximum comfort. There is a TV in all the rooms. The en-suite bathrooms will delight you with their relaxing ambience. All of them are equipped with a shower cabin and you can make use of bathrobes. Toiletries and hairdryers are also provided.
The 1000 m² courtyard will not leave you indifferent. On the covered terrace there is a fully equipped summer kitchen with fireplace for barbeques and an alfresco dining area. You can also enjoy more privacy on one of the villa’s balconies. The uniquely designed pool and sunbathing area will catch your eye. Open during the summer months, the 40 m² pool is filled with salt water. After swimming, you can spend the afternoon soaking up the Istrian sun in one of the deck chairs. There is also an outdoor shower and towels at your disposal. You’ll be able to relax in the 4-person hydromassage pool, while active holidaymakers will enjoy the private tennis court surrounded by greenery and the well-equipped outdoor gym. In the entertainment room you will find billiards and table football, a PlayStation console and board games - the variety of facilities in and around the villa is sure to keep you entertained.
You can go to the beach at any time - the nearest beach is in the small town of Vrsar, only 6 kilometres away from Villa Dea. Vrsar is known for its fairytale beaches and clear sea, so if you like diving, you’ll want to come here. If you are in the mood for a tour of the natural beauty of the area, be sure to visit one of the viewpoints overlooking the Lim Canal. They are just a 10-minute drive from the villa. Poreč is an essential stop on any exploration of the west coast, both for its natural and cultural-historical gems. Nearby is the Aquacolors water park, ideal for an exciting family outing. Taste the local wine and famous Istrian specialities in one of the family-run taverns and see for yourself why Istria is one of Europe’s top gastronomic destinations.
