Villa Melon is located in the village of Kirmenjak, in the interior of Istria. This modern 5-bedroom villa has a striking exterior blending tradition and modernity, which is also reflected in the interior. Every detail of the decor is carefully planned to make your stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible. The 1000 m² garden offers plenty of space for socializing and a swimming pool for refreshment on hot summer days. The villa is designed for 10 people.
The interior of the villa is 360 m² and consists of 2 floors. On the ground floor there is an open space with a kitchen, dining room and living room. The space is pleasant, spacious and airy, with the addition of a fireplace to provide warmth on cold days. The fully equipped modern kitchen welcomes you with all possible appliances for preparing meals, and there are also basic kitchen spices. The villa is dominated by neutral, soothing colors, and the accent blue doors add a touch of interest and impact.
There are 5 bedrooms in Villa Melon and even 6 bathrooms, ensuring that there will be no waiting in line. All bedrooms have their own tastefully decorated bathroom for maximum comfort. Each room is very spacious, has air conditioning and SAT TV. Each room also has a view of the courtyard and some rooms have their own terrace with a lounge area. We saved the sugar for last. If you’re lucky enough to get one of the bedrooms on the ground floor, you’ll find nothing less than a bathtub right next to the bed.
Once you decide to step out of this idyll, you will be greeted by a spacious garden full of fragrant Mediterranean plants. Next to the 36m² swimming pool, there are sun loungers for sunbathing and relaxing, as well as an outdoor dining area for dinners under the stars. In addition to the outdoor wellness area, there is also an indoor wellness area with a hydromassage pool and infrared sauna. The amenities offered by this villa are truly numerous, while the first-class equipment and the luxury it exudes are worthy of a 5-star hotel.
If you manage to resist its charms and decide to leave the villa, there are numerous charming towns and cities in the area. The coastal town of Poreč is only 15 minutes away by car, and the same amount of time will get you to Plava and Zelena Laguna, where you can enjoy a walk by the sea. Wherever you go, you won’t go wrong, and Villa Melon will be waiting for you on your way back.This accommodation does not accept groups of young people (up to 25 years).
