Villa Azzurra is a luxurious vacation rental located in the village of Tar in Istria. It is part of a villas complex called Borghetto. This beautifully designed villa boasts a perfect blend of modern comfort and traditional charm, making it an ideal choice for a relaxing and rejuvenating getaway. Intended for 8 persons, it is quipped with modern amenities that will make your stay as comfortable as possible. A separate bungalow, a roof terrace as well as concierge service, that this villa has, will definitely make your stay special and unforgettable.
The ground floor of Villa Azzurra features a spacious living room with comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV, decorated with elegant furnishings and features a large fireplace, perfect for cozy evenings. A fully equipped high modern kitchen with all necessary appliances cookware to prepare delicious meals, in combination with a beautifully designed dining room are ideal for entertaining. The ground floor area opens onto a terrace, which offers lovely views of the surrounding area and the garden.
The villa has five bedrooms and five bathrooms as well as a separate toilet, all designed with comfort and style in mind. Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning and underfloor heating and features elegant furnishings, including comfortable, big beds, walk in closets, high-quality linens and plenty of storage space. One bedroom is placed on the ground floor of the villa, and three are on the first floor. Two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are located in a separate bungalow next to the main villa. This provides more privacy and comfort. The bathrooms are all modern and beautifully designed, with walk-in showers, double sinks, and high-end fixtures and contain hair dryers and personal hygyene products.
The outdoor space at Villa Azzurra is truly special, featuring a large swimming pool and plenty of space for sunbathing and relaxation. The garden is beautifully landscaped and provides a serene and peaceful setting for guests to enjoy. Additionally, there’s a large terrace with a covered area, perfect for dining, and a comfortable seating that’s ideal for relaxing and enjoying the view. The garden is well kept and fenced, safe for your children and pets. There is laso a covered parking space for two cars in front of the villa.
