Luxurious Villa Aruna is located near Pula, on the hills above the northern coast of Pula Bay. With a modern interior, 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, the villa is designed to accommodate 10 people. With spectacular views of the sea, a heated swimming pool and additional facilities such as a jacuzzi and indoor sauna, Villa Aruna is the perfect place to recharge your batteries. Pets are also welcome - they will have a great time in the villa’s beautiful landscaped grounds.
The luxury villa Aruna offers you the opportunity to spend time in 2 open and very spacious living units - one on the ground floor and the other on the first floor. Each unit has a living room, dining room and kitchen where you can spend time with your loved ones. The space on both floors is dominated by the colour beige, which contributes to the elegance and warmth, and the simple lines and minimalist decoration are perfectly in keeping with the luxurious atmosphere of the villa. The ground floor living room comprises a comfortable sofa with sliding glass doors leading directly to the pool terrace. A large dining table leads to a fully equipped, sophisticated kitchen. These parts of the room are flooded with natural light thanks to the sliding glass walls which lead to the lounge area by the pool. The second living room on the first floor also has a modern fireplace. The living room has an exit to the balcony, which will immediately win you over with its stunning sea views. On the second floor there is another fully equipped kitchen. You can prepare your own specialities and enjoy them at the large dining table.
The villa has a total of 5 bedrooms spread over all three floors. Each has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower or freestanding bath. These rooms exude refinement and offer maximum comfort thanks to the underfloor heating that runs throughout the villa. Each room has a TV and a private balcony so you can enjoy the privacy of your own little oasis overlooking the lapping sea. If you choose to stay on the ground floor, you’ll have your own access to the heated pool and outdoor lounge area.
As well as enjoying the elegance of the villa and the incredible views all day long, you can relax in the private spa centre. Inside the villa you can treat yourself to an infrared sauna and on the top floor you will find a 5-person whirpool with 4 recliners. While you’re relaxing, the children can have fun in a corner of the garden. There’s a children’s playground with a slide and swing. Younger guests will be delighted with the PlayStation game console that is available for their use, as well as board games for the whole family to enjoy. All generations will enjoy swimming in the heated saltwater pool and sunbathing on one of the 10 sun loungers around the pool. After a swim, gather on the covered patio and at the end of the day, surprise your holiday companions with a barbecue dinner in the garden.
The location of the house is perfect for exploration: it is in the quiet village of Štinjan, only a five-minute drive from a beautiful bay with a beach bar. In addition to numerous beaches, the 19th century fortress of Punta Christo is nearby, with underground rooms where music festivals are often organised. Just a 10-minute drive from the villa is the town of Fažana, from where you can take a boat to visit the unique Brijuni National Park. The same distance by car takes you to the centre of Pula, where you can visit numerous cultural and historical sites such as the Pula Arena, the Arch of Sergius and the Temple of Augustus. Round off your trip with a dinner in a tavern serving traditional Istrian dishes. You will then return to your Villa Aruna feeling full and satisfied.
