From the private screened lanai, you’ll enjoy expansive Gulf views and fresh
sea breezes—the perfect place to start your morning or wind down in the
evening. Inside, the condo features a spacious and thoughtfully laid out
interior, ideal for couples, families, or small groups seeking a relaxing

The living area flows easily into the full-size dining room and a well-
appointed kitchen with a convenient breakfast bar. The primary bedroom and
second bedroom include a king bed. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room
provides additional sleeping space, allowing the condo to comfortably
accommodate up to six guests.
Other conveniences include a washer and dryer inside the unit, along with
beach towels and chairs for easy days spent lounging on the sand or exploring
the shoreline. Just steps from your door, you’ll find Sanibel’s famous

Please note: Landscaping and construction work is ongoing throughout the
complex and is expected to continue through 2025. While efforts are being made
