We are renting this superb 43 m² 2-bedroom apartment, which has just been renovated.
It consists of a main room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen.
Two bedrooms, each with a bathroom and vanity.
On the first floor of a building in the heart of old Antibes, on a pedestrian-only street, you will be charmed by all the attractions that surround it.
Please note: there is only one toilet in the apartment, which is very narrow, but perfectly usable, of course.
Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.
The QPARK Pré des Pêcheurs parking lot is a few meters away for easy parking.
The apartment will be ready and clean for your arrival. Our cleaning service providers adhere to the cleaning protocols implemented as part of the fight against COVID-19, by following these steps:
- Ventilation of rooms
- Cleaning and disinfection of all touchpoints (door handles, chairs, tables, etc.)
- Bed linens and bath linens washed at high temperatures by a professional laundry service.
The cleaning package includes post-stay cleaning service (which does not exempt you from respecting and maintaining the accommodation during your stay) as well as the rental of bed and bath linens from a professional laundry service. One bath towel per person is included.
We also provide welcome kits for your first moments of travel, including: toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, washing machine and dishwasher tablets (if equipped), trash bags, floor cleaners, etc.

The entire apartment is accessible to you so you can fully enjoy your stay here.

Neighborhood
Located in the heart of Old Antibes.
Pedestrian street.
Juan-les-Pins is a 5-minute drive away.
Cannes is 15-20 minutes away.
Nice and the airport are 25 minutes away.
Monaco and the Italian border are 1 hour away by motorway.
Transit
Port Vauban is 100 meters from the apartment. You can park in the Qpark private parking lot ""Pré des Pêcheurs – Port Vauban"".
Parking is very difficult in the old town, and this parking lot is the closest.
Important: Parking packages are available if you book online, and their prices are cheaper when you pre-book.
Antibes train station is a 10-15 minute walk along the Port Vauban.
