Holiday house Duje with two bedrooms, for up to 4 people, is located on an elevated location, 50 m from the sea in the bay of Žinčena, on the island of Pašman. The house has been completely renovated for the season 2024. All rooms in the house are located on the ground floor. The kitchen, dining and living area are in one room. In the kitchen there is a refrigerator (60l) with a freezer (10l), a gas stove with 2 burners, a microwave oven, a coffee maker and a radio. Each bedroom has a double bed (160x200). The bedrooms are air-conditioned. The bathroom equipment includes a shower, toilet and sink. A boiler provides hot water for showering. Bed linen and bath towels are prepared for guests, and fresh ones are made available after each week of stay. Beach towels are not provided, so please bring your own. Wireless Starlink internet is available in the house. The spacious terrace is equipped with seating. Part of the terrace is not covered and is a place for sunbathing. There is also a barbecue in the garden. Electricity and water should be used sparingly here. Given that the water stays in the tank during the summer at high temperatures, it is recommended to boil it before consumption or buy drinking water in bottles. The water from the tank is suitable as it is for cooking and washing. The electricity in the house is solar-powered, voltage 220 V. It is not allowed to bring and use your own electrical devices, except chargers for cell phone batteries or laptops. If the weather is not sunny, this may affect the availability of hot water and the possibility of using air conditioning. We recommend that guests bring their mobile phone so that they can contact us in case of need. There are standard plug sockets in the house, so guests can charge their mobile phones with their own standard house charger. There is the possibility of renting a motor boat (on request and provided that the client has a boat driving license valid for open waters). A boat mooring is available in front of the house at no additional cost. The house is accessible by car on an improvised rough road (gravel/dirt) over the hill, which may be affected by weather conditions. The road is passable by car with slow and careful driving. The island of Pašman is only a 15-minute ferry ride from Biograd na Moru. This island is a great destination for all who like water sports. In addition, there are hiking, biking and trekking trails on the island, which are also near this house, along which you can find various types of Mediterranean medicinal and aromatic plants - perfect for all nature lovers. Ferry tickets are not included in the rental price. Minimum stay is 7 days, only from Saturday to Saturday. The house can be booked during spring, summer and early autumn. Pets are welcome for an extra charge. Please inform us in your inquiry, how many pets you are traveling with. We recommend arriving at our agency in Biograd na Moru during the morning to early afternoon, as the transfer and arrival at the facility at night are difficult, even impossible after the last ferry leaves. After registering at our agency, you continue your journey to the island. If you find any ambiguities in the description or if you have any further questions, and you do not find the answers in the description, please contact us. The agency cannot be held responsible if the client does not inquire about details that are important to him and are not listed in the description, or for any reason are not completely clear to the client.
