Located on the fourth floor of a 1930s building (without elevator), the apartment is part of a well-maintained and recently renovated historic complex in the heart of Lecco, characterized by generous spaces and excellent upkeep. Furnished in a modern style, the apartment is accessed via an entrance hallway that leads to all rooms. The kitchen features a small balcony with panoramic mountain views and comes fully equipped with a large fridge and freezer, traditional and microwave ovens, induction cooktop, dishwasher, Nespresso De’ Longhi coffee machine, kettle, and all necessary utensils. The spacious living room includes a large sofa, an extendable table for six, a 75-inch TV with Sky cinema package, and a small furnished terrace with a table and two chairs overlooking Monte Barro. The bathroom has been fully renovated and includes a double sink, large central shower, toilet, bidet, 80-liter water heater, and a convenient washer-dryer. The entire apartment is air-conditioned, with split units in the living room and both bedrooms. The sleeping area features: A master bedroom with lake view, double bed, bedside tables with lamps, chest of drawers, and a large wardrobe. The official check-in time is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
