Not all sleeper sofas are created equal—and trust us, we’ve tested a LOT of them! After a year of searching, sitting, and yes… even napping, we finally found “THE ONE.” These premium sleeper sofas are so comfy that even adults can get a great night’s sleep. We invested over $15,000 upgrading them across our properties, so go ahead—test ours out… you won’t be disappointed!
KITCHEN:
Flowing into the living room is a large open kitchen outfitted with stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator, stove, oven, and microwave. Ample counter space, and a stunning bar that doubles as a breakfast nook or cocktail station. There is a stylish cocktail bar featuring a beverage fridge and a separate sink. It’s fully stocked with all the basics you need to cook, making it easy to enjoy meals during your trip. The dining area offers a comfortable space for seating up to 4.
BEDROOM:
Steps away from the kitchen is the expansive bedroom where comfort meets function. Sink into a cozy king size bed while watching your favorite shows on the second flat-screen TV. There is a bureau and a large closet to make your stay more comfortable. A white noise machine is provided for a restful nights sleep.

THE BUILDING:
This apartment features a deep navy-blue exterior that complements a bright, open interior, perfectly balancing classic New England charm and modern convenience. Located in a friendly yet vibrant neighborhood, it is known for its historic appeal, walkable streets, and lively local cafés, restaurants, and shops. You’ll find six private apartments, each accessible via a shared open staircase that greets you upon entry. For convenience, all guests have access to shared laundry facilities located in the basement. Additionally, each apartment includes one parking spot in the driveway. Please note that the parking area is compact, so larger vehicles may find it difficult to park.

The apartment is located on the first floor and shares access to the building. This front door is shared with the apartments on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floor.
No car needed, this is a beautiful area of the City to walk around. You can easily get an Uber and Lyft if you need to, or grab one of the scooters the City offers on any nearby sidewalks. We have free parking available for 1 car in an attached driveway.
The apartment building is located within walking distance to everything however it is on a busy road.
Although this is a 1st floor apartment, there are still 3 steps to get into the building.
