Perfect for family getaways, the home boasts contemporary comfort and a convenient location near area attractions, including access to National Park trails at the end of the street and a neighborhood park four blocks away.
Enjoy the sweet scent of pine and crisp mountain air in the fully enclosed yard, complete with a private hot tub, lawn furniture, and a covered patio with a gas grill and alfresco dining. An on-site shed houses additional outdoor chairs, corn hole, kid toys, and space to store mountain bikes and/or ski equipment. A gas firepit is also available.
Anchored by a wood-burning fireplace, the main floor features a spacious, open floor plan for comfortable gatherings after days of adventure. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials for home cooking, plates, cups, and utensils for the little ones, and tools for s’more making. A highchair and Pack-N-Play are also provided. The adjacent dining area seats six adults at the main table and two little ones at the toddler table. The dining table can be extended for additional seating. Relax on the living room sofa that extends for ultimate cuddling while watching TV.
One bedroom is on the main floor, and two bedrooms can be found upstairs. Ideally suited for kids, the large of the two upper bedrooms features an array of games and entertainment for all age groups, including Xbox, children’s books, ski-ball, pinball, and an arcade game featuring 400 games as well as additional toys and a closet that has been creatively transformed into a fun reading nook. Ceiling fans and a portable air-conditioner provide cooling comfort for the upstairs bedrooms through the summer months. Relax in the seven-seat hot tub with jets, lights, and a waterfall feature as you take in the starry mountain sky.
