like a Parisian. LIVING & DINING AREA Located on the first level, the
living area is flooded with natural light from three large windows. A
vintage mirror and marble mantelpiece anchor the lounge space, while
the dining area offers a warm and inviting setting with a wooden table
and seating for six. The layout feels open and cohesive, ideal for
entertaining or relaxing. KITCHEN Minimalist and refined, the open-plan
kitchen features sleek white cabinetry and integrated appliances.
Seamlessly connected to the living room, it offers both function and
aesthetic appeal. BEDROOMS Two generously sized bedrooms are located on
the lower level, both equipped with workspaces. One features a double
bed set against a green accent wall, the other includes a full office
nook—ideal for digital nomads. Upstairs, the master bedroom is accessed
via a warm wood-paneled staircase. A queen bed is positioned to take
full advantage of a panoramic window, allowing one to wake up with
sweeping views across Paris. BATHROOMS The first bathroom, located on
the lower level, is bold and atmospheric with glossy black square tiles
and includes a bathtub, separate shower, and washbasin. Upstairs, the
en-suite bathroom connected to the master bedroom is a true design
statement. With its almond and sage green tiles and curved ceiling, it
radiates retro seventies charm. This space includes a walk-in shower,
sink, and WC. An additional separate WC is available on the lower
floor. READING ROOM Adjacent to the master bedroom, a cozy reading
lounge awaits. With a plush bouclé sofa and built-in bookshelves, this
space invites quiet moments with a book and a view. TERRACE The private
terrace crowns the apartment with its impressive panoramic view over
the rooftops of Paris—perfect for a morning coffee or sunset apéritif.
