The second floor includes the first primary suite, which has a king bed with a split mattress, a queen-sized sofa sleeper, and an attached bathroom with a shower, separate tub, and a large walk-in closet. You will find the second primary suite on this floor, also with a king bed with a split mattress and an attached bathroom. The guest bedroom has another king bed with a split mattress and a triple twin bunk bed. In the garage, you will find plenty of beach and pool gear, a foosball table, and the half bath for your convenience. Fire up the propane grill for family meals and enjoy the coastal breeze next to the private pool with optional heating (Additional charges and information below). Bed Set Up: Second Floor (Main Floor) First Primary Bedroom: King Bed and Queen Sleeper Sofa Suite Second Primary Bedroom: King Bed Suite Guest Bedroom: King Bed and Triple Twin Bunk Bed The pool can be heated upon request at an additional fee of $75 per day. The pool can not be heated if it is 55 degrees Fahrenheit or lower outside. The pool can only heat up to 85 degrees Fahrenheit and can take 24-48 hours to heat.
