The interior is furnished and designed to maximize both comfort and functionality. The living area features a large sofa where you can unwind after a day of exploring the National Park. The kitchen is fully stocked and comes with everything you need to make delicious meals or enjoy takeout from a local restaurant. It offers an eat-in dining table with plenty of space for 4. There is an air hockey table that provides hours of fun for the entire group. There is also a washer-dryer available for your use. Step out onto the back deck to savor your morning coffee or relax with a glass of wine in the evening, surrounded by beautiful mountain views. There is comfortable seating and a propane firepit for your enjoyment as well as a hot tub to relax under the stars. The home is ideally located near numerous hiking trails and many other outdoor activities in addition to all of the attractions of Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the Great Smoky Mountains. 🛌 SLEEPING: * Bedroom #1: Spacious bedroom with King-sized bed & smart TV. * Bedroom #2: Spacious bedroom with Full-sized bed. 🍽️ EATING: Fully-equipped kitchen with all appliances; There is a full sized refrigerator for your groceries or any leftovers from trips out on the town. Includes pots, pans, glasses, plates, silverware, etc. Eat comfortably at the dining table with space for 4! 🅿️ PARKING: Parking is available for a maximum of 2 vehicles. This home does have a shared circle driveway with the property next door. We can be reached via OTA messenger. * Quiet hours are 11pm-7am. * Maximum occupancy is 4 guests. * There is a strict no-smoking policy. * There is a strict no-pet policy. * We provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soaps/shampoos, and detergent. If you are staying for an extended period, you may need to purchase (or bring) additional items. * The fireplace is unavailable April 1st - October 1st (Standard for homes in the area) * We have partnered with BabyQuip - the #1 baby equipment rental service and marketplace. BabyQuip offers rentals for your trip, including Cribs, Strollers, High Chairs, Toys/Games, Bouncers, Health and Safety Items, Outdoor Items, and More! Ask us for more information! * We are unable to offer refunds due to weather or weather-related conditions, power outages, road conditions, or acts of God. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. Four-wheel drive is recommended in winter conditions. * We are unable to provide a late check-out without written approval. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00 for each half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
