🏕️ THE HOME:
Peaceful, fully-furnished home in the heart of Wears Valley! The interior is furnished and designed to maximize both comfort and functionality. The living area features a large sofa where you can unwind after a day of exploring the National Park. The kitchen is fully stocked and comes with everything you need to make delicious meals or enjoy takeout from a local restaurant. It offers an eat-in dining table with plenty of space for 4. There is an air hockey table that provides hours of fun for the entire group. There is also a washer-dryer available for your use.
Step out onto the back deck to savor your morning coffee or relax with a glass of wine in the evening, surrounded by beautiful mountain views. There is comfortable seating and a propane firepit for your enjoyment as well as a hot tub to relax under the stars. The home is ideally located near numerous hiking trails and many other outdoor activities in addition to all of the attractions of Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the Great Smoky Mountains.

Parking is available for a maximum of 2 vehicles. This home does have a shared circle driveway with the property next door. Please park on your side of the circle and do not park in the grass.

* We are unable to offer refunds due to weather or weather-related conditions, power outages, road conditions, or acts of God. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. Four-wheel drive is recommended in winter conditions.
* We are unable to provide a late check-out without written approval. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00 for each half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
