The house is located near the popular Honeysuckle Meadows Pool & Deli, offering guests free access to a seasonal swimming pool, catch & release fishing pond and deli.
** For groups with more than 2 guests, our sister property "Bearly A Care" is located next door and sleeps an additional 4 guests.

Peaceful, fully-furnished retreat in the heart of Wears Valley! The open floorplan provides plenty of space and amenities for your stay! The living area features a large double-recliner where you can unwind after a day of exploring the National Park. The kitchen is fully stocked and comes with everything you need to make delicious meals or enjoy takeout from a local restaurant. It offers an eat-in dining table for 2. There is also a washer-dryer available for your use.
Enjoy your morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine under the stars, surrounded by stunning mountain views. There is a relaxing hot tub and a charcoal BBQ grill for your use as well. The home is ideally located near numerous hiking trails and many other outdoor activities in addition to all of the attractions of Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the Great Smoky Mountains.

Fully-equipped kitchen with all appliances; There is a full sized refrigerator for your groceries or any leftovers from trips out on the town. Includes pots, pans, glasses, plates, silverware, etc. Eat comfortably at the dining table!

Parking is available for a maximum of 1 vehicle. This home does have a shared circle driveway with the property next door. Please park on your side of the circle and do not park in the grass.

* There is a strict no-smoking policy.
* We provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soaps/shampoos, and detergent. If you are staying for an extended period, you may need to purchase (or bring) additional items.
* The fireplace is unavailable April 1st - October 1st (Standard for homes in the area)
* There is a $50 pet fee per pet (dog). Pets must be crated if left alone, picked up after outside, and are not permitted on furniture.

* We are unable to provide a late check-out without written approval. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00 for each half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
