The home is centrally located between the Smokies and downtown Knoxville and is setup for vacationers and explorers of all types! The spacious living room includes plenty of comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and lots of natural light through the large windows. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, including a full-sized refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. There is also a Keurig Duo in the kitchen for your morning cups of coffee! The private dining area has a large table that seats six. The house has three bedrooms, each with comfortable beds and plenty of storage space. The full bathroom on the main level also has a relaxing jacuzzi tub. The upstairs game room area includes a pool table, foosball table, and a Smart TV -- as well as additional seating -- all designed for hours of fun! There is a washer/dryer inside the laundry room on the first level and the house also includes free high-speed Wi-Fi! Outside, you’ll love spending time on the decks enjoying the fresh air. The hot tub is also located in the privacy of a covered patio and is a great place to relax after a fun day of sightseeing and adventure. There is plenty of seating to relax in the morning with a cup of coffee or unwind in the evening with a glass of wine. Four-wheel drive is recommended in winter conditions. * We are unable to provide a late check-out without written approval. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00 for each half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
