The cabin includes 3 bedrooms and 2 sleeper sofas, with plenty of space for up to 12 guests! The multi-level cabin is the perfect space for a family or group of friends to relax in comfort and style while having plenty of space to spread out. The bedrooms are designed with relaxation in mind, so you can be sure to get a good night’s sleep. You’ll be able to take in panoramic mountain views from nearly every room in the cabin! The lower-level of the cabin contains an oversized movie theater room with a full bathroom attached. The opposite side of the hall boasts an indoor heated pool for hours of fun for all ages! The game room upstairs is the perfect place to kick back and relax with friends and family. Challenge each other to a game of pool, a board game, or poker night! Outside, you’ll find plenty of space to enjoy the stunning views! The pool room opens up the lower deck, complete with six-person hot tub and plenty of additional seating. The deck on the main level has plenty of comfortable seating as well as a BBQ grill that’s perfect for a cookout. Upstairs, there is a private balcony off the master bedroom that is a wonderful spot to sip your morning coffee or read your favorite book! ⁂ SLEEPING * Bedroom #1 (Main Level): Spacious bedroom with King bed, closet & smart TV. The property has easy access to all of the area’s attractions, including Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge, Knoxville, and Great Smoky Mountains National Park. * Quiet hours are 11pm-7am. * Maximum occupancy is 12 guests. * There is a strict no-smoking policy. * There is a strict no-pet policy. * We provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soaps/shampoos, and detergent. If you have a large group or are staying for an extended period, you may need to purchase (or bring) additional items. * The fireplace is unavailable April 1st - October 1st (Standard for cabins in the area) * The indoor pool temperature is set to between 80-85 degrees. * We have partnered with BabyQuip - the #1 baby equipment rental service and marketplace. Ask us for more information! * We are unable to provide refunds due to weather or weather-related conditions, power outages, road conditions, or acts of God. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. Four-wheel drive is recommended in winter conditions. * We are unable to provide a late check-out without written approval. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00 for each half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
