This stylish 5-bedroom 4400 square-foot home is a recent addition to Property Manager’ rental portfolio. Enjoy this contemporary home with its wide-open floor plan and gorgeous furniture with 11 separate beds among 5 bedrooms (with optional 6th sleeping space in the office). Other amenities include HDTVs in every room, pool table, ping pong table, corn hole, fireplace, heated pool/spa with water feature, outdoor BBQ and 2 outdoor fireplaces. The fastest available WiFi service keeps you connected throughout the property. Two generous living rooms each feature extra-large screen HDTVs and panoramic views of the outdoor living space. A modern chef’s kitchen complete with Wolf Appliances, a double wine fridge and a rolling bar is the perfect place to prepare any sized meal. Splash in the pool or spa, lounge poolside or relax next to a fire on one of the outdoor sofas under a spacious covered patio. Other outdoor amenities include ping pong, bag toss (aka corn hole), large BBQ grill and outdoor dining table. The master bedroom and one other bedroom each feature king beds. Two bedrooms feature two queen beds in each and their own bathrooms. A fifth bedroom has two double over queen bunk beds. All bedrooms are equipped with large screen HDTVs and large walk-in closets. The office includes a sleeper sofa that pulls out into a queen sized bed, offering additional sleeping space if needed. This home is nestled on a private cul-de-sac minutes from world class golf at Troon North, Grayhawk, the Boulders and TPC Scottsdale (home of the Phoenix Open). A beautiful trail head featuring trail walking, biking and jogging is less than one mile from the front door. This home is ideal for 2+ foursomes of golfers or families. POOL HEATING: We recommend that the pool be heated between Oct 1st and Jun 10th in order to be a comfortable swimming temperature. Pool heating is optional and available for $75/day. There is a minimum of three (3) consecutive days, and pool heating may only be scheduled for the full duration of the reservation - not for select days. Definitely let us know before your arrival if you want to enjoy swimming during your visit without a wetsuit! (Hint: an unheated pool stays just above the low temps of the night.)
