The heart of the home is the great room with a huge sliding glass door that makes a seamless transition from inside to out, a gorgeous gourmet kitchen, comfortable living room, fireplace and bar. There is a formal dining area, work space, 5 elegantly appointed bedrooms, a and a Peloton indoor bike and Peloton treadmill. WiFi at the property is the fastest available service from Cox Communications.
BEDROOMS: All 5 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with designer fixtures, sinks, tile and lighting! Plush towels of all kinds (Bath, Hand, Washcloths), starter toiletry sets and hairdryers are included. Three bedrooms have King beds. Two bedrooms have Queen beds. All bedrooms have walk-in closets, HDTVs and luxurious OTA bedding collections.

POOL HEATING: We recommend that the pool be heated between Oct 1st and Jun 10th in order to be a comfortable swimming temperature. Pool heating is optional and available for $75/day. There is a minimum of three (3) consecutive days, and pool heating may only be scheduled for the full duration of the reservation - not for select days. Definitely let us know before your arrival if you want to enjoy swimming during your visit without a wetsuit! (Hint: an unheated pool stays just above the low temps of the night.)
