2001 East is ideal for monthly or extended stays in the heart of Richmond’s historic Shockoe Bottom. Each fully-furnished apartment includes a full kitchen, in-unit laundry, and modern amenities designed with your comfort in mind. Pet-friendly options are available, too. All guests will need to pass CLEAR identity verification and a background check, we’ll look for no evictions, collections, or criminal records. For stays of 30+ nights, Property Manager also requires SSN - a soft credit check will be performed only on the primary guest. We look for a 550 credit score.
