Feel at home!
This is not a hotel, but a characterful apartment designed to offer you a memorable and comfortable stay:
Located in the heart of Blagnac (IUT / Shopping Center district), within a quiet family-friendly residence. Free and easy street parking is available nearby.
A cozy living room with a table and chairs, convertible sofa bed (please note: if used, an additional €10 laundry fee applies, to be confirmed at least 48h in advance), coffee table, 44’’ TV, high-speed Wi-Fi (400 Mb/s fiber), and air conditioning.
A fully equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, induction cooktop, kettle, cookware, pots and pans, Nespresso machine (pods not included), and dishwasher (tablets not included).
A warm and inviting bedroom with a double bed (140x200 cm), ample storage space, a chest of drawers, and a second 44’’ smart TV.
A modern bathroom featuring a walk-in shower (note: due to the apartment’s layout, the drainage slope is shallow, which means water may drain slowly), large sink, and some storage.
A pleasant synthetic grass garden outdoor seating area, and barbecue (must be cleaned after each use).
Enjoy the calm and comfort of a private relaxation area right in the heart of the aeronautics capital!
The entire apartment is heated in winter (up to 19°C) and air-conditioned in summer (up to 20°C).
Merci :)

About the area
Toulouse, known as "La Ville Rose" (The Pink City) for its distinctive terracotta brickwork, is a city that offers a delightful blend of history, culture, and innovation. Situated in the heart of France's southern region, it is a destination that appeals to a wide array of travelers, from history enthusiasts to space and aeronautics aficionados.
The city's historic center is a treasure trove of architectural marvels, with the Basilica of Saint-Sernin, a UNESCO World Heritage site, standing as one of the finest Romanesque buildings in Europe. The Capitole de Toulouse, the city's grand town hall, features a neoclassical façade that is a photographer's dream, while its interior halls are adorned with opulent frescoes and sculptures.
Toulouse is also renowned for its vibrant cultural scene. Museums such as the Musée des Augustins, which houses a rich collection of fine arts, and the Fondation Bemberg, located in the exquisite Hôtel d'Assézat, offer art lovers a glimpse into the city's artistic heritage. For those interested in science and industry, the Cité de l'Espace (City of Space) is a must-visit, providing interactive exhibits on space exploration, complete with life-size rocket models and a planetarium.
The city's connection to the aerospace industry is palpable, with Airbus headquarters and assembly lines located nearby. Visitors can take guided tours to see the birthplace of some of the world's most advanced aircraft.
Toulouse's gastronomy is another highlight, with local specialties such as cassoulet, a hearty bean and meat stew, and Toulouse sausage, which can be savored in the city's numerous restaurants and markets. The Marché Victor Hugo offers a bustling atmosphere where one can sample and purchase regional products and delicacies.
The Garonne River and the Canal du Midi, a UNESCO World Heritage site, provide picturesque settings for leisurely walks, bike rides, or boat trips. These waterways are lined with leafy promenades and historic buildings, offering a peaceful escape from the urban environment.
For those looking to explore beyond the city, the surrounding region of Occitanie is dotted with medieval villages, vineyards, and the dramatic landscapes of the Pyrenees mountains, all within easy reach for day trips.
In essence, Toulouse captivates visitors with its unique blend of old-world charm and cutting-edge modernity, its warm southern hospitality, and its rich palette of cultural and gastronomic delights. Whether you're exploring its historic streets, indulging in its culinary offerings, or discovering its role in the aerospace industry, Toulouse is a city that promises an enriching and memorable experience.
