• As one of our more unique homes, we require 24 hours to verify the details of your booking and ensure that this home is the right match for you and your guests. Once you have submitted your booking, a representative will contact you immediately, answer any relevant questions and personally ensure that your booking runs smoothly. The representative will be able to provide confirmation within 24 hours, if not sooner. Please do not make further travel plans until your reservation has been confirmed.
• A mandatory local tourist tax & fees per adult per night will be charged prior to your arrival. This tax is not included in the total amount on the website. The tax is usually processed through credit card - one of our representatives will be in touch to get your details.
• A security deposit is required, to be processed by bank transfer, no less than 7 days prior to your arrival. The security deposit is refunded on the Tuesday following the weekend of your departure.

The main living areas are light-filled and welcoming, featuring a spacious lounge, a relaxed dining area and a fully equipped modern kitchen. Original artworks throughout the house create a refined yet warm atmosphere, flowing seamlessly from the interiors out onto the expansive garden terrace.
Outdoor living is a highlight of the property. The hillside terrace offers unforgettable views of Saint-Paul de Vence, while several beautifully arranged seating and dining areas invite long breakfasts in the sun, lazy afternoons in the shade and magical evenings watching the village lights come alive. A 10m x 5m swimming pool, surrounded by sun loungers and shaded pergola dining, provides the perfect setting for relaxed days outdoors.
The villa currently features three comfortable ensuite bedrooms, including a master bedroom with direct access to the terrace and uninterrupted views. Additional amenities include a fitness room, a pool-level living area with its own kitchen and TV corner, and a quiet library ideal for reading or working.
From April 2026, a separate garden cottage will add three further bedrooms and two bathrooms, increasing capacity to 12 guests. The cottage also includes a small apartment with kitchen and living area, ideal for staff or additional privacy.
