The property consists of three bedrooms – two with double beds and one single – two windowed bathrooms equipped with shower, sink, toilet, and bidet, plus an additional bathroom with sink and toilet only. There is a large living room with open kitchen and access to the private garden with swimming pool, covered terrace, outdoor shower, and barbecue.
The kitchen area is fully equipped for your Lake Garda holiday and includes a dishwasher, oven, microwave, stovetop, coffee machine, cooking utensils, dishes, and cutlery.
The private outdoor area is a true gem: a private garden with swimming pool and outdoor jacuzzi, covered terrace, shower, and barbecue – the perfect place to soak up the Lake Garda sun.
The apartment is located on the ground floor and is also accessible via elevator from the garage.

Other famous destinations nearby, such as Garda, Verona, Lazise, and Sirmione, are all reachable within 10–30 minutes by car. The first bars, shops, and restaurants are already less than 200 meters from the property.
Within less than a 10-minute walk, you can reach both a public playground and the iconic Punta Cornicello Ferris wheel. Top family destinations like Gardaland, Caneva World, and Movie Land are just over ten minutes away by car, depending on traffic.

Not all homes allow pets. To avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to inform us via a separate email if you intend to bring them with you. In homes where animals are allowed, a supplement of €15.00 / animal / night is required. A crib, high chair, and bed guard are available for a fee and can be booked in advance.
Check-in after 7:00 PM is possible only after prior communication by 6:00 PM on the day of arrival and upon presenting the required documents and payment of the tourist tax + extras with a credit card at check-in.
Heating is active from October to April (during this period, heating is not activated if the outside temperature exceeds 15°C or if the inside temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C).
Air conditioning is active from June to September (during this period, air conditioning is not activated if the outside temperature falls below 25°C or if the inside temperature reaches or falls below 23°C).
Charging electric vehicles or other storage devices is not allowed unless otherwise indicated in the listing. If allowed, it is available only upon reconfirmation by Property Manager and at a variable additional cost.
In the event of electricity, gas, or other utility wastage, an additional cost is incurred (e.g., lights left on all day in the absence of guests, heating on with windows open).
It is the duty of guests to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each time, to let moisture out of the apartment and prevent mold formation. If this rule is not followed and mold is found at the guests’ departure, charges for restoring the apartment’s integrity will be applied.
Due to geographical location, Wi-Fi connection may be interrupted or slowed down; therefore, the service is not always guaranteed.
The home is not stocked with food items such as kitchen spices or various consumables like shampoo, soap, etc. Any consumables present are only intended as a welcome kit and will not be replenished during the stay.
Payments required for entering the apartment include the tourist tax + pre-authorization of the security deposit of €500 with a credit card.
The final cleaning amount covers only standard cleaning. It does not include washing dishes and removing trash from the apartments to the designated points. Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, unwashed dishes, and unremoved trash will incur an additional charge based on the extent of extra labor hours required.
