Ippocampo is one of four lovely independent apartments that are part of the same property, just a few steps from San Lorenzo’s beach, near Marzamemi.
These apartments have been recently restored and consist of a kitchen/living room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, all of them with their own independent entrance, parking space and private outdoor area equipped with garden furniture. The comfortable, well-proportioned interiors come complete with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, sat-TV, washing machine, electric oven and BBQ.
Ippocampo is 60 m2, with 50 m2 terrace and 150 m2 garden, it features on the first floor the kitchen/living room with sofa bed, 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 further double bedroom, and a veranda.

Ippocampo is the ideal spot for relaxing beach holidays, the property is also an excellent base for excursions.
