Thanks to the owners, who have designed and structured it, the villa features a mix of colors, light and flares, making you feel at home.
It is characterised by a modern style and it develops on one floor.
The building that features a predominance of white color is surrounded by a lush garden characterised by the typical Mediterranean vegetation.
Inside we find a large living area which comprises living room, dining room and kitchen creating an open-plan space, emphasised by the natural concrete floor and the large windows that redefine the interior space so that it becomes one with the outside. It allows you to enjoy the pool view and it seems as if it extends into the living area.
An elegant style is also evident in details, art pieces carefully arranged to emphasise the decorative impact and design furniture. The villa has two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom recalls the essential and refined style that distinguishes every room. The bathroom has a particular shower/bath tub, always made with natural cement and it gives the place an exotic and elegant note at the same time.
Outside there is the swimming pool (16 x 8 meters) equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas and In a corner of the garden, the BBQ area surrounded by the Mediterranean vegetation and in the dining area you can enjoy delicious Sicilian dishes immersed in nature.
