• Security camera/recording device — “For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.”
• Please note we don’t provide beach towels
• For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old.
• The pool heaters will be turned on From November 1 to March 31 each winter.
• Any guests or renters caught tampering with the pool heaters or other equipment will be immediately evicted and banned from the property.
• The condo sleeps 6, the bedroom has a king bed, twin over twin bunk bed in the hall, and a queen sleeper in the living room.
• No boats, jet skis, RVs, boat trailers, or trailers of any kind are allowed per association rules
