THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Perched atop a private road in the middle of the City of Paso Robles, this 1400 sf ranch home, feels so remote, yet it’s only five minutes from downtown. It has quick and easy access to the city park in downtown Paso Robles, Route 101, Route 46 East, Paso Airport, PR Event Center and Vina Robles Amphitheatre....and over 200+ wineries in the Paso Robles AVA. It’s a 2-minute walk to the Market Walk. This ranch is cozy and comfortable. It’s the perfect getaway for 3 wine-loving couples, a ladies’ wine weekend, a 40th birthday party or family reunion.
SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS
The primary bedroom has its own en suite. It dons a comfortable king bed and a working desk (if you must). The en suite bath has double vanities and a shower/tub combination.
Bedroom two has a queen bed and shares the 2nd bathroom with bedroom 3. Bedroom 3, also has a queen bed. Bathroom 2 has a single vanity and a shower/tub combination. All three bedrooms have floor fans for extra comfort and a little white noise. The bathrooms are equipped hair dryers and guest amenities.
LIVING & ENTERTAINING (Interior)
Enter the home into the large great room. Walk into the stylish living area with a gas-burning fireplace, a large sofa with a built-in lounger with seating for 4 or more. Two side chairs make for a great conversation area around the coffee table. The great room also has a 51” TV equipped with Roku TV that you can put in “guest mode” so you can watch your favorite shows on your Netflix or Prime account and have it automatically sign you out once you leave. You can watch the game or your favorite shows from just about anywhere in the great room.
Adjacent to the living room area is the dining area. The oval wood table comfortably seats up to 6 people. A rustic chandelier made of tree branches creates a warm and homey environment.
Next to the living and dining areas is the kitchen which is equipped with just about anything you would need to whip up some great meals to pair with your latest Paso Wine acquisitions. New stainless-steel appliances include: a side-by-side Whirlpool refrigerator/freezer, a Kitchen Aid dishwasher, a Frigidaire oven with a 4-burner stove with large bottom oven and a Frigidaire microwave oven. Small appliances include a blender and every kitchen gadget you could possibly need to prepare the simplest meals to a gourmet 5-course delight.
Just up a few stairs up is the study nook with a built-in desk and plenty of space to spread out work should you need to do that on vacation. The nook also leads to the back deck.
LIVING & ENTERTAINING (Exterior)
The back patio, is spacious and very private. It has a gas burning fire pit surrounded by plenty of outdoor seating…a cushioned sofa with a built-in lounger flanked with two cushioned side chairs. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy cozy warmth while you take in the view and the star-filled skies.
A second seating area on the side patio is off the great room and included an outdoor dining table with seating for 6 along with a propane BBQ. A local artisan’s chandelier made of wine barrel rings hangs over the table for the perfect wine country ambiance.
GUEST AMENITIES
We provide personal amenities including soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion, paper products, kitchen necessities such as dishwashing detergent, dishwasher soap and trash bags. There are plenty of linens and towels. Laundry facilities and detergent are in the laundry room. The kitchen is also stocked with the essential stapes: coffee, tea, olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and spices.
THE IMMEDIATE AREA
You are in Paso Robles Central! This home is just five minutes from the town square where there are dozens of wine tasting room, restaurants, shopping and a farmer’s market every Saturday morning. Downtown there are over 12 wine tasting rooms, along with a distillery and local craft breweries. The downtown City Park offers free summer concerts from June through August every Thursday night. Pack a picnic basket, a bottle of wine or two, your beach chairs and enjoy local musicians belting out everything from Jazz to Rock and Blues.
PROVISIONS
Smart & Final is the nearest grocer, located a few blocks away on Spring Street. In addition, Savage Spirits & Deli - located right across the street - has an impressive deli (tri-tip grilled on the weekends for sandwiches) along with a great collection of spirits and beer. Another favorite located just a few blocks away is DK’s Donuts (open 24 hours per day). A few miles from town there is an Albertson’s on Niblick and Trader Joe’s is just down the road a bit on Vineyard Drive in Templeton. While at the Trader Joe’s you can pick up some fresh caught fish at Pier 46 Fish Market or head on over to the butcher, Stinson Meats, for some grass-fed local meats and game. Back up in Paso you can find a few quality cheese shops, Vivant Fine Cheese and Di Raimondos Italian Market and Cheese Shop, along with some cigar shops, Boyd’s and Third Base Market & Spirits.

What goes best with wine…FOOD! Paso is packed with great restaurants. Stay a week or two so you can try all of them! Italian, French, Irish, Asian, Mexican, even Argentinean are just a few. From pizza to 5-course meals, Paso Robles has come of age in its dining options. Some of our favorites in Paso Robles include BL Brasserie, The Hatch, Thomas Hill Organics, Buena Tavola, Fish Gaucho, Street Side Ale House, The Alchemist, Andrea’s on Pine and Jeffry’s Wine Country BBQ. Just a bit to the south, in Templeton, offers a few more options including McPhee’s where you can find some of the best wood-fired steaks in town.

Wine, beer and spirits tasting, hot air ballooning, horseback riding, water park, jeep rides, ziplining, Farmer’s Markets, concerts at Vina Robles Amphitheatre, spas, beaches, Morro Bay, Hearst Castle, Cambria...take your pick. There are endless options to play until your heart’s content. And don’t miss Paso latest attraction, Sensorio. Designed by artist, Bruce Munro, the “Field of Light” exhibition is a 15-acre walk-through experience through over 58,000 stemmed spheres.

By booking you are agreeing to pay a Property Damage Protection non-refundable insurance fee of $33 (or $25)/night to cover any property damages up to $10,000 with $1,000,000 (or $100,000) in personal liability coverage. Further explanation of this insurance can be found in your Property Manager rental agreement.
USE OF SECURITY CAMERAS – Renters understand and accept that the property may be protected with outside security cameras. These cameras are used to protect the property from potential break-ins and theft. There are NO cameras in the house.

Fire table lights like a grill - push in knob and press ignition at the same time.
FOR THOSE WHO BRING THEIR PETS, WE HAVE A FEW RULES:
1.) No pets on any furniture ever!
2.) No pets can be left unattended inside the house unless in a crate.
3.) You must clean up after they do their business outside.
4.) There is a $100 pet fee for 2 dogs (under 50 lbs, preferably non-shedding. Sorry, NO cats.)
