Inside, the villa has been finished to the highest standard making wide use of design elements and warm colors. Nothing has been left to the case and all the details have been carefully studied into the smallest aspect to provide an unforgettable holiday experience. The ground floors is split-level and consists of a beautifully designed kitchen (purposely built for Villa Murtal) with breakfast bar and all the necessary appliances, a dining area overlooking the pool and a comfortable lounge area with satellite TV, sofas and a single sofa bed for the 7th guest. On the ground floor there is also a welcoming double bedroom and a separate toilet including washing machine. On the upper floor there are 2 further double bedrooms, both featuring en-suite shower rooms and having direct access to large, panoramic terraces. For the comfort of the guests, the whole villa is air-conditioned both in the bedrooms and common areas.
Outside, this whitewashed villa is truly attractive. It has been modernly designed to perfectly fit in the surrounding landscape and has large terraces, arches and elements coming from the Cycladic tradition. There is plenty of space for all the guests to enjoy relaxing hours together, or to have privacy when required. The pleasant views stretch from the surrounding olive groves to the sea beyond. The inviting private pool, with its charming aqua green color, blends perfectly with the olive trees nearby and has a spacious patio with comfortable sunbeds and dining area. It measures 8m x 4m and is beautifully lit at night. For additional shade, a canopy is available by the poolside. Private parking is also available on the premises.
