The Villa has a 270sqm outdoor area, with a well-kept lawn garden, huge swimming pool, BBQ area and an outdoor sauna.
The villa has a 307sqm interior area and is built on two levels. The ground floor consists of an open plan area with large openings that allow the sun in the house , overlook the pool and garden and offer stunning views to the Mirabello Bay, the islet of Agioi Pandes and the Sitia mountains. The living room has a fireplace, two sitting areas with comfortable sofas and a smart TV. Right next is the dining area, a beautiful kitchen equipped with a range of modern appliances where you can prepare breakfast or dinner for your loved ones. On this level there are also two twin bedrooms (that can connect to form a double) that share a shower bathroom and a bedroom with three single beds en suite with a bathroom with a tub.
On the upper floor there are two master bedrooms. Each one has a king size bed, walk-in-closet and its own bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub. These rooms have access to a large furnished veranda with amazing views to the sea and the port of Agios Nikolaos!
