The calm setting offers guests a retreat holiday home experience surrounded by Cretan beauty. The villa is nestled on three acres and offers scenic viewpoints complimented with a spacious outdoor garden rotunda.
The villa boasts an extraordinary 8 meter long pool with built-in Jacuzzi. Next to it is the extensive mosaic terrace which includes an outdoor kitchen and bar complimented by sun loungers & pool daybed. The outdoor kitchen features a gas outdoor grill, traditional wood oven, gas hobs, refrigerator and wine cooler. For outdoor entertainment there is a 55-inch TV and audio system.
The panoramic mountain views are simply stunning, and the colors from the sunrise to sunset even more so. Enjoy your favorite food or drink in the large pool terrace, after a day of holiday relaxation. That’s what we call getting away from it all.

The furniture, inside and outside the villa, made of wood, will excite you in every way, designed with modern minimal aesthetics, creating the conditions for a comfortable living throughout your stay.
The one storey 200 m2 villa hosts an open plan living, dining and kitchen area, with modern décor that does not steal away from the focus of the incredible view that flows throughout the space. For your entertainment there is an 85 inch TV with a comprehensive TV channel system with international sports and unlimited movie channels. Bluetooth speakers are available indoor & outdoors for unique listening experience by simply connecting your mobile or tablet. Did we mention the extravagant chandelier that drapes over the supersized sofa?
The fully equipped kitchen features gas hobs, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machines (espresso-filter), large refrigerator and washer - dryer, overlooking the dining space, making it a lovely social spot, too. A small office space with a desk and a stool is located by the entrance of the living room. The interior of the Villa is fully air-conditioned, has central heating as well as free reliable wireless internet. The villa has many smart home features (e.g., lights, air conditioning, alarm, entrance gate etc), all managed even when you are away from home.
"Peponides" retains the ambience of a scenic settlement in a complex of villages named "Lakkonia". It is a ten minute drive from the cosmopolitan town of Agios Nikolaos, an all time classic seaside resort, attracting thousands of visitors every year.
