On the ground level, there are two double en-suite bedrooms—one with an open-space shower—each with separate entrances, a shared kitchenette, and access to a large courtyard featuring a Mediterranean garden and sea views. The middle level includes a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom (featuring both bathtub and shower), a lounge area, and a kitchenette. It connects to another en-suite double bedroom with a walk-in shower. Adjacent to this, with a separate entrance, is another en-suite double bedroom with a walk-in shower. Outdoor access on this level leads to a traditional stone-arched balcony and a large patio.
