The laundry room is located on the lower flower and offers ironing space as well as a tumble dryer. A 4th bedroom for staff/nannies/etc is also located on the lower floor with walk in shower & wc room. An extra Wc room, as well as storage room, are also located on the lower floor. The entrance of the room is from the garage, that leads to the lower floor and inside stairs lead you to the upper floor. The swimming pool is 20x4 with depth max 170. There is an external sitting area for 4 as well as 6 sunbeds and 2 sun umbrellas.
