Avlaki bay is only a ten minutes’ walk down to the seafront,traditional greek tavernas offer good food and lovely sea views.
Avlaki Bay is situated between the small village of Agios Stephanos (3km away) and the bigger, livelier resort of Kassiopi (2km away). Avlaki Bay is very quiet and totally unspoiled, with just two tavernas, it is a beautiful bay with a fine shingle beach and there are plenty of sunbeds (small rental charge).
On the ground floor, there is a living room with a fireplace that opens onto the dining area and the terrace, all facing the sea. The fully equipped kitchen is conveniently located next to these spaces. On this level, there is one twin bedroom with an en suite bathroom, with French doors opening onto a covered terrace. There is also a double bedroom with a separate bathroom with shower, and French doors leading to the same covered terrace.
An interior staircase leads to the first floor, where there is a master double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom. All rooms have French doors opening onto covered terraces, allowing plenty of natural light and beautiful views.
On the first floor, the two twin bedrooms feature beds measuring 90 cm by 200 cm, each with an en suite bathroom and a private terrace. The master bedroom has a 160 cm by 200 cm double bed, an en suite bathroom, and its own private terrace.
The outdoor areas are designed for comfort and relaxation, with an elegant dining and lounge area, a barbecue, a pool terrace, and a heated swimming pool measuring 40 ft by 19 ft, with a minimum depth of 3.5 ft and a maximum depth of 6 ft.
