This first-floor apartment is sprawled over a spacious 310m2 and has superb views over the foreshore parklands to Dreamtime Beach from within the living area and out onto the two front balconies. Relax among the spacious contemporary first-floor living which opens up to the wrap-around entertaining balcony with a BBQ and ocean views. Enjoy family meals, your morning coffee or favourite cocktail out on the outdoor dining table, while soaking in the ocean sounds and nearby birds.
The large screen TV with surround sound is perfect for easy evenings after a long day exploring gorgeous Kingscliff. The top floor Entertainment Area features a pool table, table tennis table, comfortable seating, kitchenette, TV, and Wi-Fi - the perfect spot to relax, unwind, or enjoy time with family and friends. The apartment is also fitted with fully ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning, plus ceiling fans throughout, for your comfort.

Kingscliff is a beautiful coastal town with many great beaches, creeks, and estuaries to enjoy year-round.
With the gorgeous Cudgen creek boasting a large array of sea life, many locals and visitors enjoy snorkelling through or fishing north of the bridge.
Local events are frequently held on the foreshore including surf competitions, festivals, and fundraisers. Beachside markets are held on the second and fourth Saturday of every month from 8am to 1pm.
Throughout the year dolphins frequent the river mouth, and between April to November the ocean comes alive with spectacular shows from humpback whales making their annual migration.
Kingscliff is the jewel of the Tweed Coast, enjoy the beautiful coastal atmosphere that the town brings, with plenty to see and do in and surrounding the town.
