On the ground floor area is the entrance of the villa and the entrance of the private parking, a small gym ,a lounge area, a laundry room with washer and dryer and a full bathroom with shower cabin.
The elevator also starts here to the other 3 levels.
On the 2nd floor you can find the pool area with amazing sea views and 3 bedrooms sharing a full bathroom with shower and a WC.
The first bedroom features king size bed and has direct exit to the pool and offers pool views and sea views. The second bedroom has queen size bed and also exit to the pool. The 3rd bedroom has twin beds pushed together that can form a king if requested.
On the 3rd floor you can find a stylish open plan floor with comfortable living area with fireplace, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. The whole floor has amazing sea views and has exit to balconies with views. This floor has amazing secret lighting that creates you a special atmosphere. A guests WC serves this floor. There is also an exit to the back of the house where is a separate patio with grass, trees and outdoors furniture that offers privacy and shadows.
On the 4th floor you can find a massive master bedroom with kind size bed, full bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub and amazing views from the bed. This large bedroom has balcony with amazing sea views.
