Our villa, comprising the timeless Cycladic tradition with the requirements of the modern traveller, are located in a privileged spot; a microcosm with access to the secret beach of Ballos, only 2 minutes away, offering complete privacy. Spread over 140 m², the villa accommodates up to 6 guests in absolute comfort. On the upper level (80 m²), you’ll find a bright living space with Cycladic built-in sofas, a dining area for six, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bedroom with a Queen-size built-in bed (Coco-mat mattress) and an en-suite shower. There’s also a separate toilet and an additional open sleeping area with a Queen-size sofa bed. This level opens onto a private patio with sun loungers, a dining table for eight, and a pool (9m x 3.4m) that seems to flow into the Aegean Sea. On the ground level (60 m²), a second bedroom features a King-size built-in bed (Coco-mat mattress), along with a bathroom with shower and toilet.
