The main bedroom is beautiful and cozy, equipped with 2 single beds, desk, smart TV, clothing storage space, and fireplace; the second bedroom has two single beds, desk, and clothing space. The apartment has a small but fully equipped bathroom with everything you need to relax, a shower tray, and toilet.
In addition, it has an independent kitchen, and the living room has a comfortable sofa bed and dining area for 4 people.
From this point, you can discover within walking distance everything related to old Madrid, with multiple shops, bars, restaurants, and iconic streets with the best of Madrid culture at your feet. Thanks to this central location, it is possible to walk to Madrid’s most emblematic sites such as the Royal Palace, Almudena Cathedral, Puerta del Sol, Gran Vía, or Sabatini Gardens, but if you like different plans, you will also find Arab baths five minutes away.
And as if that weren’t enough, you will be surrounded by bus and metro stations that will connect you throughout the city.

Just a few steps away, you will have the Sol Metro Station (Lines 1, 2, and 3) that will connect you to all points of the city or several nearby bus stations that will take you to the main points of interest in just a few minutes. Additionally, the city has bicycle, scooter, electric cart, and motorcycle rental services.

Keep in mind that for bookings of 28 nights or more:
1. You must sign a temporary lease agreement
2. Public services such as electricity, water, or gas combined will be covered up to a total of 150 EUR per month. Any excess will be charged through the resolution center once invoices are available. Internet is free for all stays and will not be taken into account here.
3. You must assume an additional fee for administrative services set at 175 EUR
The property has an electronic lock so you can enter at any time without additional charge.
In the event that an in-person Check In is required or requested, the charge would be:
$25 from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM
$60 from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
