The master bedroom is beautiful and cozy, equipped with 2 single beds, desk, smart TV, storage space for clothes and fireplace, the second one has two single beds, desk and storage space for clothes. The apartment has a small but fully equipped bathroom with everything you need to relax, a shower tray and toilet.
In addition, it has an independent kitchen and the living room has a comfortable sofa bed and dining area for 4 people.
From this point you will be able to discover within a few minutes’ walk everything related to old Madrid, you will have at your feet multiple shops, bars, restaurants and emblematic streets with the best of Madrid culture. Thanks to this central location, it is possible to walk to the most emblematic sites in Madrid such as the Royal Palace, the Cathedral of the Almudena, Puerta del Sol, Gran Vía or the Sabatini Gardens, but if you like different plans, you will also find the Arab baths five minutes away.
And as if that weren’t enough, you will be surrounded by bus and metro stations that will connect you with the entire city.
Perfectly connected with the main points of the city. Just a few steps away you will have the Sol Metro Station (Lines 1, 2 and 3) that will connect you with all points of the city or several nearby bus stations that will take you in a few minutes to the main points of interest. In addition, the city has a bike rental service, skateboards, electric cars and motorcycles.

Keep in mind that for reservations of 28 nights or more:
1. You must sign a temporary rental contract
2. Public services such as electricity, water or gas combined will be covered up to a total of 150 EUR per month. Any excess will be charged through the resolution center once the invoices are available. Internet is free for all stays and will not be taken into account here.
3. You must assume an additional fee for administrative services set at 175 EUR
