The property consists of a spacious open living room with quality decoration and furniture, with Smart TV, two four-seater armchairs and two additional armchairs and a coffee table, the ideal space to relax and enjoy the warmth of home. In a separate space, you will have a beautiful and spacious island-style kitchen fully equipped, perfect for preparing your favorite recipes. With two bathrooms, one of them in the main bedroom and the other a social bathroom with WC and bathtub, perfect spaces to take relaxing showers and disconnect from daily life.
The property is undoubtedly the ideal space for tourists and remote workers seeking a comfortable adventure on the Costa del Sol.
Enjoy the Costa del Sol from a perfectly located property in a quiet residential area, ten minutes walking from the beach where you can enjoy its unique waves, jog on the beach, sit and read while relaxing with the sea breeze, or enjoy wonderful views. Additionally, you will find supermarkets, restaurants, and bars that reflect the best culinary traditions of the area. 2 kilometers away, you will find the picturesque Cabopino beach, from where you can enjoy incredible views, the dunes that compose the beach, its unique waves, and its privacy due to being away from the center and having a reduced capacity.
Located in the historic center from where you can enjoy the beautiful facades of the area, visit the Alcazaba and iconic city walls, also enjoy the mythical walk along the sea avenue where you can discover an open-air museum featuring 10 beautiful works by artist Salvador Dalí while deciding which of the terraces on the street you’ll sit at for a drink or explore the beautiful lung of the city, Alameda Park, enjoy a typical Marbella night among other incredible plans the city has for you.
You will have within your reach and just a few steps away precious beaches, delicious restaurants and a variety of leisure options, however, Marbella has a bus network that allows you to be connected to different points of the city and surrounding areas. There are 13 bus lines, but the three main lines that pass through the center of Marbella are:
L-1: reaches Puerto Banús.
L-3: passes through the La Cañada shopping mall.
L-6: passes through the bus station.
For stays of 28 days or more, take into account the following information:
1. You must sign a lease agreement
2. Supplies such as electricity, water, and gas combined will be covered up to a total of 200 EUR per month. Internet is free for all stays and will not be taken into account here.
3. You shall assume an additional fee for administrative services set at 175 EUR.
